Have you ever thought about owning a franchise?
If so, you don't want to miss our next PiB meeting as franchise marketing specialist, Jay Burgmann, owner of Shockwave Franchise Business Strategies (SFBS), discusses Two Myths of Franchise Business Ownership.
Jay Burgmann served as a Regional Marketing Manager for a national restaurant chain for 10+ years overseeing marketing operations throughout a large portion of the USA. He was an advertising agency Account Director, leading marketing initiatives in the franchise industry for 5+ years. Prior to these positions, he was the Marketing Director for a large restaurant franchise for 7+ years.
In each of these roles, Jay was responsible for numerous marketing campaigns, promotional events, sponsorship acquisition and activation, media planning, and budget management.
Working directly with franchise owners and operators, Jay has gained an in-depth understanding of the challenges facing franchise businesses today and how to overcome them, using proven marketing strategies that build brands and industry-leading operating systems that maximize performance and increase customer traffic and sales.
Shockwave Franchise Business Strategies (SFBS) is a business performance improvement company that helps franchises maximize their marketing impact and team performance through customized marketing plans, targeted marketing implementation, and increased operational efficiency.
SFBS helps define the franchise’s local focus while staying in alignment with their brand's national direction, and guide the franchisee to better sales and profitability with less management anxiety and oversight. Bottom line, the business owner enjoys greater success and peace of mind about the well-being of their business.
