Invitations for the dinners will be sent in March to approximately 1500 homes in the St. Louis and Metro East area. Guests make reservations with no cost for tickets. After dinner and an inspiring program, an invitation is made to make a financial gift to our Scholarship Fund.
· The average attendance at the dinners is 500-600 people. This includes 70-80 new donors each year.
· Total gifts received for the past four years average $200,000 per year.
· Income from our Corporate Sponsors is used to underwrite the cost of the four dinners and publicity, usually in the $17,000 range.
These dinners are crucial for the financial stability of our school. They are always very well-run and meaningful. We commit to the entire event taking no more than two hours. Our guests always have a very positive experience.
The main reasons we provide these dinners with no tickets to purchase is because of our generous Corporate Sponsors. Please give serious consideration to becoming a Corporate Sponsor this year. If you make your donation before February 9, 2018, we will include the name of your business in our invitation.
